Sid brings 15 years of experience in exercise delivery for rehabilitation, health and performance. She earned her Masters in Clinical Exercise Physiology at Deakin University in 2014.
Her diverse career includes private practice, research in academia and running her own business. She has gained invaluable experience working in multi-disciplinary settings, assessing and prescribing functional movement programs for those with a musculoskeletal, neurological, metabolic or cardiorespiratory condition.
Sid's passion for health and fitness originated from an elite junior tennis career, and she recently retired from playing women’s state league AFL. Sidney now enjoys golf as her primary sport. She is dedicated to helping individuals recognise their strengths and abilities, leading to improved functional outcomes and empowering them to lead fulfilling lives through movement.
