From Our Clients

We have earned the trust and satisfaction from hundreds of clients by providing reliable, high-quality service. See what they're saying.

“An orthopaedic surgeon said in 2009 I would be undergoing hip replacement within 5 years. Sidney’s exercise program has so far deferred that event.”

Peter, 66

Lawyer

“With the support of Sidney’s sessions, specifically planned for my requirements, I have been able to progress through rehabilitation for two total knee replacements successfully.”

Marna, 58

Teacher

“Sid’s approach is incredibly supportive. She’s very patient and never preachy, focusing on client needs. She’s able to find new ways to exercise and makes the sessions fun so that I look forward to them.”

Maragaret, 72

Retired Public Servant

"I suffered a serious back injury on the job and was worried I’d never get my full lifting capacity back. The team met me at my local gym and built a program specifically for the demands of my trade. I’m back on-site now, feeling stronger and more aware of my movement than I was before the accident."

Luke, 36

Carpenter

"I just wanted to be able to get down on the floor to play with the kids and actually be able to get back up again. We worked on exactly that right in my living room. I no longer feel 'stuck' or fragile and I feel capable and strong enough to enjoy every minute with them."

Robert, 69

Former Store Manager

"I was starting to struggle with the stairs and worried I’d have to move into a single-story unit. We practiced my stair climbing with professional guidance right here. I’ve built up the leg strength I needed to stay independent in my two-story home."

Dorothy, 78

Retired Librarian

"Moving from a wheelchair to a walker felt like a mountain to climb. The team brought everything—mats, weights, and bands—to my lounge room. Working in a space where I feel at ease has made my progress much faster. I’m moving around the kitchen on my own now."

Arthur, 81

Former Engineer
